On the Arm Breakfast
Just a reminder that October’s On the Arm Breakfast will be held Wednesday, October 5 instead of the usual 2nd Wednesday of the month. Join us at FoF for a morning of good conversation and good food. Our licensed massage therapist will be providing complimentary chair massage therapy between 10:30 – 12:30.

Hand Painted Plates for FDNY Firehouses
After 9/11, Lilias Johnson felt the need to give something back to the firefighters, so using her old experience in plate making she created gifts honoring the Bravest. Flagpole Donated to FoF
This past weekend, Friends of Firefighters received a new addition to the firehouse. A beautiful wooden flagpole, complete with a bronze base and a vintage eagle, now extends over the top of the firehouse door. Dan Kaifetz, from Adirondack Flagpoles, graciously donated the flagpole as a way to show his appreciation for New York Firefighters....
